Price Caps

I've recently found out that lots of people are manipulating new players by selling buildings and mines at prices that new players wont be able to afford.
I have recently thought of an idea that will help new people to be able to buy buildings of course from level 12, because as soon as they find out what prices people are selling buildings at, they probably think they'll need to spend a fortune.
    But anyway here's my idea.

    It's something called price caps.

Price caps is where a building as a minimum and maximum price range at which it can be sold so that people aren't totally ripped off. This is so that new players can buy buildings at realistic prices instead of people selling them at ridiculous prices so that they make tonnes of profit to people, who have no idea what it's actually worth.

For example. Medium apartments cost a million to build... yet people sell them for 90x that price, which in my opinion, seems a bit stupid and weird. So using the price range, these buildings could be worth maybe 40-70 million and of course including LI and population, where if they are high. then maybe the price range could be higher. like 70-100M for example.

Price caps would help the game become fairer and even more fairer for the people who seem gullable. Because these are the sort of players that seem to stop playing. because they know that good and unfair players will try and take as much money as possible... even if it means taking money off new players

Please take this into consideration as this would help the game become more fairer. less sophisticated and more fun for everyone

I am divided on this issue.

If you want to keep inflation in check, yes Price Cap works.

On the other side of this I believe in free-will. If someone is willing to pay you $2-B for a building so be it. I learned early on that unless your a COIN player you'll never get ahead.

For NON-Premium Membership players production (anything) the game is stacked against you. The reason why is for NON-Premium members there is NO Warehouse Space.

If your stupid enough to pay $2-B for a building, that's your own fault. Excuse me for being blunt, nobody is making anyone BUY anything. If you don't like the price, build your own.
